In the rare event that conditions are not suitable for your lesson, we will notify you in advance with details on how to reschedule for another convenient time.

Lessons are valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

In addition; participants must give 48 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling any lesson, or that lesson will be forfeited. in extreme circumstances and only by JBSS prior consent, this may be waived.

Credit for any lessons owed can be used within one year from the date of the cancelled lesson.

 

Any lessons owed must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. No refunds are issued.

Please also note: minimum age requirements for group lessons is 8 years of age and the ability to swim 50m unaided. Failing that it would have to be a private lesson.
